    Uhmmm, no he ain't.
Ray was cocky, just not over the top like Floyd. The difference between Ray and someone like Tommy Hearns could best be seen in their prefight conference in which Hearns tries his best to be diplomatic and Ray comes out right afterward and says straight out that Hearns will be knocked out. He was very cocky, especially in the ring. I guess you just don't see it now because Floyd and Haye are running their mouths to an extreme. They're trying to be like Ali but Ali had incredible verbal skills and a sharp wit. Floyd has neither verbal skills or wit which just makes him look stupid. Maybe this is what's not being translated. When you're running your mouth and nothing comes out worth saying you're just revealing your stupidity.

As I said previously. America hates the vocal negro athlete. Whether he is trash talking or not. I posted video evidence. Ray Leonard confident, well spoken fighter said what was on his mind respectfully. Got bad press by the boxing public and was scrutinized and criticized and bood.. not cheared. Tommy Hearns... Like Paul Williams. Not as well spoken(how they like em) but soft spoken and went in and did their job with no back talk..lol. I love it.

Ray was boo'd and criticized by the boxing public and the general public anyway. So what point are you trying to make. He was not nearly as bad as Floyd and he still got bood and criticized. Why is that. But in Ray's case he was not cocky but confident. Period. That was hated. He did not just do his job and shut up.

Come on. Duran was heavily criticized too. The guy had to live down his new nickname, "No Mas," for the rest of his life. What's worse, being called a runner by some or being called No Mas... and many many black fans are heavily critical of Leonard for his Leonard/Hagler fight. I'm sure of the critiscim given to Leonard and Duran it was Duran's that gave him sleepless nights and not Leonard's.

Most people who hate Mayweather don't realize that his race his playing a factor in their hatred. Its subconscious.

Did I ever say I "hated" Floyd? I said, as you'll recall if you go back a page, that "I don't like Floyd".

So your argument, when edited to use actual facts, reads:

There is no race involved here. If a white fighter acted like Floyd I would dislike the white fighter just as much as I dislike PBF. It's a personality and style thing. The race card is not applicable.
