    It's part of his business model. Floyd talking **** about Pacquiao makes people think that one day they are actually going to fight, so in the mean time they buy all of Floyd's boring pay per views. If Pacquiao died tomorrow he'd start saying something about Ward, Martinez, GGG, or another top fighter in a nearby division to keep his name relevant and in the news.
