honestly the sooner floyd and pac retire the better it is for boxing. Gives other fighters a chance to be the top dogs and gives us a chance to see better matchups instead of everyone looking for that one pay day against floyd or pac

why pay a guy who sued you & bob who owes you money? floyd, is not a guy that can articulate his thoughts properly, but he was smart enough to buy himself out of his contract with bob right? so who is the winner here, bob the man that refused the oscar fight, when floyd was under his control or bob?

Aside from the Arum leeching comment, as far as I know he has been pretty good to his fighters and the promoter makes money from the event not the fighter, I agree with everything you said.

Fan of both men, but at this point I'd rather they both retire then continue to pollute the sport with this nonsense.

The road is clear for the much-awaited fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao in 2014. Clear, apparently, except to Floyd Mayweather.

Mayweather is quite possibly the greatest welterweight fighter of all time. He probably would beat Pacquiao, though narrowly. Mayweather doesn’t seem to agree. If there’s one man “Money Mayweather” seems to think could beat him, it’s Manny Pacquiao.

So Mayweather has done everything in his power to make sure the fight does not happen.

Pacquiao is willing to go through random drug tests. He is willing to receive less money than Money for the fight, but now word is Mayweather has found a condition that Manny Pacquiao cannot legally agree to. And that is the fight must happen without the involvement of Bob Arum. Since Pacquiao is under contract with Arum, how in heaven’s name will the fight happen?

Mayweather probably is not afraid of Pacquiao, but he sure doesn’t want to get into a ring with him.

Floyd isn't the one that walked away from the OFFICIAL negotiations.

Floyd isnt nEGOtiating. All his ridiculous demands doesnt stop one after the other from coming. His latest one is to kick out Arum from the negotiating table. And that is walking away or avoiding the fight not to happen and that is not negotiating as you said.
