Let's not talk about common opponents, because the same people who talk about Manny dominating De La Hoya and Hatton give no credence whatsoever to Mayweather outboxing Marquez despite the fact that the JMM loss was the most recent common opponent between Floyd-Manny and that JMM is one the most similar counter puncher opponents to Mayweather that Manny has fought. It can be argued that Manny lost BOTH his fights to JMM at welterweight. Those fights and that loss against a common opponent is somehow no indication of Floyd-Manny, but all of Manny's wins against common opponents are somehow examples of how Manny would kill or embarrass Floyd to some people. People need to make up their minds.

When was the last time two huge names negotiated where one openly accepted a fixed price and left all the rest(including 100% of the PPV earnings) to his opponent?.
