Talent wise, few are even close to his level. I just don't see any way of discrediting that. He works hard at getting better, and never overlooked anyone.

Resume wise...not a chance. The 3 biggest names he fought not named Oscar were all shot, he fought a couple of REALLY weak opponents. I give him credit for Marquez and Hatton, they both still had it.

he has slowed down compared to when he was at 130lb at his physical peak, he's more a defensive master now rather than a Boxer-Puncher back then.

Manny started at 106 lbs and ended up winning a belt at the weight of 150 lbs. That's the equivalent to Mayweather winning a belt at the catchweight of 183 lbs.
