You guys that are saying its better to avoid fighting Manny & preserving the 0 are basically admitting that you are not confident Floyd can beat Manny. How on earth can that enhance Floyd's legacy.
I'd have thought that if Floyd had any balls at all he'd have been the one pulling for this fight to shut the Paquaio fans up. Instead all he is doing is providing proof that he doesnt think he can beat Manny & would rather be labelled a coward and keep his 0 than be what he claims he is The best in the world & fights Manny.
Just like when Riddick Bowe ducked Lennox Lewis and got the chicken bowe label
Floyd is doing self same thing What a shame for Floyd's kids to learn their father was a coward

No. If this was 2010 and Mayweather lost a competitive fight to Pacquiao, it wouldn't hurt him. Losing to a Pacquiao who's considered damaged goods would in no way, shape or form enhance his legacy.

No, it wouldn't enhance his legacy... Losing to a guy he's almost universally favored to beat would be a negative, not a positive.

Imagine if Pac didn't suffer two 10 count ko's 1 of which he was unconscious for 4 minutes. He'd be higher up on the atg list.

He doesnt have a killer instinct because he is picking fighters he knows he can beat and he has to carry them for 12 rounds...People would stop buying his fights if he was finishing fighters who have no business in the ring with him in 4 or 5 rounds...

No doubt about it, Bradley is no.3 at welter IMO behind May and Pac. Khan isnt even top 5, who knows, he might not even be top 10 if he carrys that glass chin and obviously gets hit harder at welter.

I like Pac Bradley, Pac had unfinished business there and after May I think Bradley is the toughest test at welter. Dont know why May id fighting Khan, I just hope May doesnt break the glass and Khans flurrys somehow trouble mayweather to make an intersting fight. I see Floyds precision breaking the glass early on though tbh.

Fact is I hope May and Pac win and we get the fight we deserve between the two of them. Lets not derail this thread before it's started though. The question is who do you think has the tougher opponent? Pac or May? I say without doubt pac in this one.

well clearly its pac but be fair floyd has had the touger opponents for years lol.. Pacs had pushovers for years (except bradley and marquez) he lost to both.... props to pac though, i give him a slight edge here but i think bradleys a smart fighter and having fought pac once he'l have a much better idea on how to beat him where as with pac we saw during the marquez fights he never changed much ... i'm going to for a bradley close points win on this one.

Didn't see you posting the obvious when Pac was fighting Rios and Mayweather was fighting Canelo.

considering we dont know who mayweather is facing lol... but its going to take alot to top bradley at this point.

unless its someone like ggg or a big scalp at 154 like lara i dont think there is a better name in the 147 division then bradley (not including pac may of course)

when his health is in danger he drops belts like nothing / retires until things calm down. He is also apparently worshiped by a lots of accountants don't know how but all his followers seem to care about his bank account than his legacy so this must be it.
