I don't because 70% of nothing is **** all. Fact is this is a legacy fight for both and so both need to be willing to step into the ring. If the fight never happens to guy who appears most unreasonable (Floyd) is going to get the ducker label. So Floyd should do whatever he has to do to make this fight happen. Regardless of the split it would still be the biggest purse either of them have made.

So Mayweather has less to gain and more to lose, yet you also claim that both guys need eachother just as much? I don't think so. Pacquiao needs the fight more. He needs the money more, and he's the one looking to restore his pecking order in the sport.

WTF, you really think Pac's gonna been eating out of a can anytime soon? They're both multi millionaires FFS. No this is a legacy fight, the winner of this fight will always be rated higher than the loser. But if the fight never happens I'm pretty sure most of the blame will be apportioned to Floyd, proof is that about 1.2 the posters on this site consider Floyd a ducker, and guess who they think he's been ducking? If the fights, win or lose, at least that label largely disappears, although a minority will likely insist that he waited long enough for Pac to decline.

Of course Mayweather would have more to lose.
    1. He is unbeaten
    2. He would be promoting the event
    3. If Pac is still with TR, Mayweather would have to watch his back around the ew.

He KOed Hatton. KOed Mitchell with a body shot. But probably because he's constantly fighting guys who are a lot bigger than him, DLH, Mosley, Canelo, Baldomir etc...

So your telling me that Pac never countered on whats on the table?! Pac countered and accepeted on a bunch of terms i.e. Purse, PPV, to drug testing... IM not here to educate you. READ, if you have been following this stuff you wouldve known already.

In negotiations you dont just decline, you counter. Every promotor know this. Its part of business. But to say Pac never countered is just rediculous.

I was a fan of Floyd. Eversince the fight debacle with Pac I quit watching his fights since 2010.

Somebody needs to explain the rules to me again. For as long as I've been watching boxing, I thought a knockout means when the ref counts to 10 and any part of your body, other than the soles of your feet, are on the canvas. If Ortiz wasn't looking, it's his own fault.
