Floyd already fought his mandatory in Guerrero less than a year ago.

So his next mandatory obligation couldn't force a fight until closer to 2015, no?

Exactly...In order to deserve the Mayweather fight...You have to get KTFO by Prescott, chinned by Diaz or outboxed by Khan

Keith Thurman doesn't qualify & will never qualify to fight Mayweather, he is too good to be served as food :deal

I'm not so sure of that anymore. Each guy is fighting a different opponent there next fight. If Pac loose against Bradley for the second the time, how good would a Pac vs Mayweather be? Dude has been KO the worst way possible and lost to a guy he should of walk through. Yet folks are still screaming Mayweather must fight him to proof he's the best of this era. All is already proven who's the best of this era. If Pac losses a second time to Bradley he will be irrelevant to solidifying Floyds legacy. Pac would have to dominate Bradley, which would be making a statement because he's still unbeaten. Anything else is my opinion would be unacceptable. In other words Pac would have to do something big to proof that he's still a factor. Rios is just not enough.

I don't want to hear anything about Thurman...He will ruin our Undefeated fighter of this era

I rather hear about him having a hard time choosing between Khan or the guy Khan beat :yep

And ESB's fearless keyboard warriors come out in flocks to disagree and state why they clearly know way more about boxing than some guy named DiBella...

"Pssh, what has he ever done in the sport? His opinion means nothing compared to mine!!!!" -half the people who opened this thread

100 out of 100 and 98 out of 100... You can disagree with that. The rest of what he said; you cannot.

Every fighter who has ever signed a contract to fight another fighter "cherry picked" that fighter and "ducked" every fighter other than the one he chose.

If consistent and not a hypocrite, that is...

Keith Thurman made it very clear, that he is the Hagler of Welter. Never moving up, no room for PED weight hoppers...Welter is Thurman, his goal is to be the GOAT Welter nothing less :smoke

Floyd wants that safe money :yep

Pac is such a gentleman, if this was Floyd, he wouldve requested Erin to take Olympic Style drug testing in order for the pillow fight to commence...:hammertime

not sure if anyone can be as ignorant as you, he said titles dont make him and been saying that for a decade.

is paq wanted the fight he would had immeiately enforced the mando which would had put the fight on the clock
and would look good for sept. floyd would never vacate, get real. sometimes he doesnt pay the sanction fees
    but he doesnt drop titles.

thats the ONLY way he could had put the ball in floyds court but NOPE
