Really? lol So Mayweather was the one on peds this whole time.. So what if Pac came from the Philippines.. Tyler Perry was once poor and dropped out off high school and now almost a billionaire.. Everyone who follows boxing know that Mayweather is the hardest worker in boxing.. He trains harder than any fighter in history for a tuneup fight.. It's funny how people say he has brittle hands, feather fists, and a glass to average jaw, but still you think he does peds? Only thing Floyd is better than then in his 20s is his ring IQ...

You think that he struggled with Castillo? I saw no struggle. Now if Floyd would've struggled with Torrecampo or Singsurat early on in his career and was suspected of using roids after those clear ko losses, then I would've been concerned about improving Floyd's chin for the future. Weird.

with pac's fighting style...he would be a draw for sure, regardless of race....

if he was good looking like dela hoya...he would be an even bigger draw for sure....

thats how shallow people could be...they can be swayed with looks alone....

No he's getting lambasted for not fighting the #2 or #3 in his division.
True, but the #1 at the WBO, and otherwise he gets stripped.
Mormeck fight sucked carrots, he was even stopped by Haye a couple of years earlier and was completely out of his league.
Wach and Pianeta were top 20 when Wlad fought them by the way. And Wach would be now if he hadn't been caught juicing in their fight and was still active.

He gets scrutinised a bit, but it doesnt seem like anything on the level of Floyd.

Maybe its just because people dont care as much about HW's these days, but just taking this forum as an example, ive seen countless threads called Floyd a fraud for fighting a title holding top 5 fighter( Similiar to fighting someone like Fury at HW)...but very few threads about Wlad fightihg a guy who is barely top 30(Similiar to Floyd fighting someone like Ashley Theopane)

You didnt read the post did you?

What has Pacquiao getting KO'd got to do with me saying Floyd gets a lot of flak for his opposition in comparison to Klitschko?

I think Wlad gets criticized quite a bit for fighting guys like Leapai, Mormeck, Pianeta, etc.

If Mayweather gets singled out more than Wlad there are a few factors involved

1 Mayweather is a bigger star and is going to drive more conversation.

2 Wlad fights more often than Mayweather which means he's going to have a more likely chance of facing a lesser opponent.

3 It costs $70-$75 to see Mayweather on ppv where Wlad is on HBO, ESPN, etc if his fights are on at all. I would expect a much better opponent if I'm going to pay 70$ to see a fight than I would if I was watching on HBO or wherever.
