Arum can make that much more money having Pacquiao fight setup TR in-house fights where Arum doesn't have to split revenue with any other promoter...

 

Exactly. When I heard the words "no preconditions" come out of Arum's mouth I knew right then and there he's still on the same old ****. Who would even enter negotiations for a fight without any preconditions? Isn't that why negotiations are necessary in the first place?
