Instead of blaming it on just one person, Freddie blames it on both fighters, and said the promoters have a lot to do with it also. I've always said this, but some of you always want to think that these fighters are scared. :nono No fighter is scared of another one. You can't be scared in this business!

I wouldn't say he is not a major draw anymore he still is maybe not like he was 2 or 3 years ago you don't walk away with 20 mill guarantee if your not a major draw.But of course Mayweather in the last 2 years made the gap bigger between him and Pac in term of ppv numbers.

Fighters make guarantee numbers based on their value a lot of current fighters would die to make 2 mill let alone 20 -30 mill guarantee (not including ppv sales)

If you look at Mays and Pacs ppv numbers over the years they have been kind of equal with Mayweather edging it a little of course Mays fights with Dela hoya and Canelo is the big difference other then that they have been kind of the same really.

Also all of Mays opponents have not been big ppv stars like him with the exception of Dela hoya and probably Canelo so they didn't have the right to ask for 50-50 whereas Pac was making 1 mill buys in countless fights before the first negotiations took place.
bottom line nether May or Pac can make more money fighting other guys then they could make fighting each other both guys are needed.
