Well considering this whole thread is about size of fighters, I think it is quite important to talk about fighters actual fighting weight.

interesting post sir well I would say firstly I don't think Pac has lost any power he is just facing bigger guys the pop is still not gone. Also Im one of the few who thinks Pac has not declined that much if you take look at his fights in object full manner.

 

Have a look at the size difference when Mayweather fought Juan Manuel marquez. Floyd is huge in comparsion . Marquez is slightly bigger than Pacquio

FMJ is naturally a weight class bigger than Pac / Marquez, that is no small thing.

It wouldnt matter if they were exactly the same size though, May would outbox Pac, I have to admit that to be objective.

 

Long story short, boxing goes by WEIGHT divisions.

If you weight the same, you're the same size.

Unless of course someone wants to make an argument about how Celestine Caballero is bigger than David Tua

 

the only argument that makes any sense is the possibility that mayweather has fought people of late that don't show any possible signs of decline.

hypothetically if this is the case and both fighters have declined ... what fight plan would pacquiao need to beat floyd or even split decision

seems to me a majority rests on pac's ability to hurt mayweather and pac's power is still in question. Or to many no longer in question.

The sad thing is really believe May and Pac are the same size.

 

HTH May beats Pac every day of the week. He is bigger and most of all has the best skills in boxing.

However Pac is my favorite fighter of the two by a country mile and has had a superior career with more exciting, risky fights. That's what people remember!

 

If you could just stand back for a min and think like a rational human being without being caught up in this ***** and ******* battle you would see May is bigger then Pac.
