If you're clean what difference does it make if the drug test is before the fight, the same day of the fight, or after the fight? If you're clean then you have no worries.

Pacquiao should just allow a compromise to be made, like a small quantity blood test at least 72 hours prior to the fight and then right after it...

It's done in practically every other amateur sport during the olympics and athletes just comply...

Nothing said about Chambers/ Balco, double standard.

Nothing wrong with Pac taking blood tests right after fight.

Thats your opinion. As far as leverage goes, that goes to Mayweather.

Mayweather would get a mental advantage once Pacquaio buckled down to this request.

He is forcing Pacquiao to do something he is not used to, and comfortable. You can say it just a random test, but it would make the accusations of steriod using more credible because Pacquaio succumbed to that baseless rumor.

It's "ALL" about the money for Void, so I would expect him to give in first. Void does not care about boxing, he just wants big money, but he likes to cheat with his judges, referee, his veune, etc., which is will get. Pac can have blood checked right after the fight.

floyd sr is entitled to his opinion, you dont have to agree with him and neither does anyone else. and it wasnt just floyd, many other boxers went on record stating they believed that manny in on roids. does that prove that manny is juicing? no, but he can help prove them wrong by agreeing to olympic style testing.

I agree. I didn't hear the fight was off, I heard it was in jeopardy. If both guys want it then it will happen.

Blood doping markers don't suddenly disappear. If it's in the blood it will be in the blood 20 years from now. So there's no difference taking the blood the day before or after, cuz if its in the blood, its in there.

    Fight Aficionado
Here is the LA Times on Chambers, which NO boxing news site has reported: "BALCO was raided by federal investigators in 2003 and Conte later pleaded guilty to steroid distribution and money laundering... Conte has now re-emerged with a new firm called SNAC (Scientific Nutrition for Advanced Conditioning) in San Carlos, and in the last year has started working with a small stable of pro athletes... Conte said he's provided his nutritional supplements to Ward and other athletes, including heavyweight boxer Eddie Chambers, who will fight Wladimir Klitschko for a world title in March... Chambers says he uses many Conte products, from energy shakes to pills that help him recover from weight-lifting sessions and allow him to sleep better. He said he plans to use IHT training before the Klitschko bout.

This is on from page of ESB, Fight Aficionado has an excellent point. So, why don't Void fans complain about Balco?
