good point. If mayweather comes in and is to overconfident. His left straight will shake him.

PBF is just as fast if not faster and more ecomonic with his puches ... doesn't waste punches and is more accurate than anyone i've ever seen.

Floyd can also punch on the move and doesn't have to be set to throw punches ... I don't think that anyone should dispute what I say based on last night because it was obvious that DLH didn't move and make Manny work for anything ... he didn't pick off punches and he didn't move his head at all ... he didn't pivot ... he didn't 1/2 step back or side step Manny at all ...

If he had did one of those things without hesitation and fired ... Manny wouldve been right there to be hit.

You're acting as if Pac's a one-dimensional fighter.. He has good head movement and footwork, and an underrated defense.. He comes in at an angle, throwing combinations, then side stepping out the way to avoid getting hit.. Can you even remember any shots DLH landed on Pac last night? Pac's got more skill than you think, though it's not like that of Mayweathers.. But you also have to take courage, heart, tenacity and other attributes into consideration as well.. This would be a hard fight for Pac, no doubt, but I can't go against him.. You can't say he has no chance though either..

i feel that floyd should still be the favorite if they fight now. floyd is bigger (more settled at 147), is amazing defensively and is a very smart fighter.

i just think that they will make it an even odds just because floyd will be coming out from a long lay-off and pac did more damage to delahoya in their respective fights. but would gladly take an odd that makes floyd a heavy favorite.

PBF approaches every fight with the same mentality and doesn't over look any of his opponents.

All Pac has is the straight left and he moves back in straight lines ...

Add to that I knew that DLH was going to get stopped and you can check my past posts for that ... I never had a doubt in my mind that that was going to be the outcome.

Not to take away from PBF greatness, he has all the talent in the world. Ive seen this in allot of athletes but PBF I believe is missing that Xfactor. Pac is not as fundamentally sound as Maywether but is still a phenomenal athlete. Throw that in with heart and and the undying will to win. Ill take that over superior skill any day..

mayweather has all the skills to beat pac-man but that speed, agression that pacquiao posses will bother mayweather. but the normanl thinking is that he is seasoned enough to deal with it. but to say pacquaio has ZERO chance of winning is selling the man short. just like mayweather, pacquiao is an exceptional althele and fighter.

Sandman I like you and we were one of few poster that thought that Pac v DLH was a possibilty back after he fought Diaz. I am saying that Pac is one dimensional ... he makes up for what he lacks fundamentally with great athleticism.

Pac is one of the worst balanced fighters i'd ever seen but when he's throwing 5, 6, and 7 punch combinations its hard to see that.
He just overwhelms his opponents rather than systematically break them down. He fights in patterns ... either jab, jab, left hand ... or left hand, right hook ... nothing else ... he flicks his jab out there and only uses it to disguise the straight left ... he has a very wide stance ... he doesn't side step or backs up in straight lines.

Floyd will expose him bro ...
