If Floyd retires undefeated, he'll have that air of invincablity about him.
That is just the nature of the beast. Everyone overestimates undefeated fighters, racehorses, etc.. We love the thought of a freak.

Mayweather isn't a freak, he just works hard at his craft, looks after his body and continues to learn. That is the blue print everyone should appreciate, not undefeated records, that just comes with Mayweather doing the 1%er's right.

Pac didn't do the 1%er's right, he started neglecting them and has since copped losses.

Mayweather continues on his way, he'll only further distance himself from Pac.
