Really dumb by Pacquiao if it goes through, all the better fighters are at GB only reason to resign is for easier paydays and to avoid tougher comp including Mayweather. People have opinions on why the fight didn't happen and its enough material from both sides to make an argument but the only indisputable fact is twice Pacquiao has been offered the best deal he's ever seen or will ever see and twice he has declined.
Everything else is subjective, honestly though I'd like some vaild reasons why resigning with TR is better than signing with GB and the argument that he shouldn't be "forced" to sign to get fights seems invalid when every fighter since Mosley had to sign with TR to fight Pac.

Matthysse, Garcia, Alexander, Porter, Thurman, Maidana, Broner, Herrera, ect.. are all better fights and for the most part all beat Marquez V, Bradley III, Provodnikov, Alvarado, Khalibib. All of the top fighters and prospects are with GB you sign with them to end your career vs the best because quite frankly Pac has fought one guy who was a top fighter in the division at the time of the fight in the past 4/5 years and that was this year vs Bradley
