Yeah he can refuse, but WHY would he is the question that needs to answered.

None of you can answer that. OH he said he would do the test after the fight..WOW that is impressive knowing that he doesnt have any choice but to do it after the fight. As far as hearsay, Both of Manny's simples were tested after the cotto fight, and there was rumors of him using for awhile now. Sure its hearsay and rumor, but its enough to investigate. As I said the question is why Manny is refusing.

testing right after or 1 day after a fight will show metabolites if its a blood test. The window you're talking about might happen if its a urine test.

    WRONG.

History will remember that FLOYD really wanted to get out of the fight that is why he is insisting on further testing on Pac even though he already passed the Boxing commission tests. Bes

    1) Pac agreed to be tested 5days before the fight and right after the fight.

    2) Pac has already proven he's clean, he passed all drug tests in his 55 fights sanctioned by the boxing commission.

    3) ***** floyds drug test is not MANDATORY, it is a ridiculuos DEMAND in which pac have the right not to do it since he has nothing to prove and say to the mayweathers "Who the **** are you? Can you please **** off???"

    4) Only the haters, especially the floydettes like you believe pac is on to something because you idiots believe every **** coming out of mayweathers mouth...:deal:deal:deal

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I can see team mayweather's are asking for "random" style tests up to and after the fight. There is nothing which determines an actual test will be done directly before the event, in fact it's extremely unlikey, however true random tests mean you can't rule out the possibility of this. There is equal chance mayweather's would be tested directly before the fight , with pac's last test a few weeks out.

And welterwieght is 141-147 right? If you agreed to to fight within this range, the it is WW fight. IF YOU OFFERED 145 it is WW fight. How old are you? Did you call Chavez when he asked for 145 WW championship fight with Whitaker? Weight-drained issues. Boxing-fan wannabe are such experts that despite not showing any signs, they say Cotto was drained. That was his best performance since Margarito, but oh he was drained!

Can'[t believe how many drained fighters Packy beat. Maybe because he beat them to pulp that you sissies were broken-heated seing blood on your boyfriends faces that you need to justify/rationalize it with weight. When it used to be that the guy coming up in wieght is the one at disadvantage. Nevermind that this guy is jumping several weight class where he started from and still gives a beating to his opponents.

dimwit. fact, this is not a catchweight fight. fact, mayweather has never been over the weight limit at a 147 lb title fight. fact, world champions berto, malanaggi, and cintron went on record stating they beleive pacquiao is on roids. fact, pacquiao turned down an oportunity to put the rumors to rest, and his biggest payday because he's "superstitious"

Void refused to fight Cotto, but Pac did.

Void refused to fight Mosley, but Pac will.

Void is void as Void is void as Void is altogether see how Void runs like pigs from a gun see how Void flies. Void is crying.......... Yellow mello custard, dripping from a dead chicken's eye.............yep, there is Void, he dreamed such.........

Void refused to fight Pac two times now.

Void refused to fight Mosley, but Pac will.

LMAO, so your saying someone can pass a test under those circumstance. :rofl:rofl:rofl. Blood work prior to the training camp, random urine test throughout the training, and then a blood and urine sample after the fight. And its not the CDC, No wonder your so screwed up about drug testing.

B/c blood doesn't get cleaned in 24 hours, so whatever's there the days before the fight will STILL be there the days after a fight

B/c the results from a blood test days before the fight won't be available until after the fight anyway, so it serves NO purpose that blood testing after the fight would.
