    I see your point. But, this is the reality of the sport. The best fighters will at some point hold a title(s). That's just how it goes.

    The Mayweathers DID NOT want any part of the Manny Pacquiao that fought Miguel Cotto.

    That is when they started with all these accusations and demands. They felt threatened by this little Beast.

    but let's promote the best fighters on their merits rather than the belts.
    casual fans, or those new to the sport, aren't going to realize how scandalous some fighters/promoters are until they realize how scandalous the federations are - and how many belt holders actually exist in each weight category

    It is quite funny really, after the Bradley fight last month plenty of people were saying it is now clear that mayweather would beat him at this stage of their careers... have they both declined equally to make a very competitive fight again?
