I don't even care anymore. For whatever reason it didn't happen, and probably won't.

My theory has been once may finishes his contract with showtime, him and manny will fight. They know it will generate absurd numbers because the public wants it no matter what. Having the fight now makes no sense because if one of them loses it kills their earning ability. They will market it like their retirement fight and make a killing, they've been in cahoots the whole time.

I mentioned on another post if it does happen on their retirement fights, then they have been in cahoots the whole time. They've been playing us like the groupies we are, if so **** em both.

the fight will never sell as big now as it would have 4-5 years ago, but it'll still to terrific business
what arum is saying is, 'when Its time for pac to retire, then its time to cash in with floyd'

Ya after the initial negotiations years ago didn't pan out, they decided, **** it, save it for retirement. I still think, barring Floyd losing, it would do 3m ppv and a 100k stadium.

its interesting you say "barring Floyd losing" - but I agree
a lot of the revenue from this fight would be from the prospect of Floyd losing. even after all this time, I think pac still stands as the most likely to make it happen

    Except it's already 2014.
And none of that is relevant anymore.
Is the concept of "the present" too darn difficult for you idiots to understand?

I used to have the stamina of a horse too. I don't go around telling people that I could beate them in whatever sport because "I used to have insane stamina".

but the debate will stay relevant because, even if they fought tomorrow, it wouldn't tell us who would've won when it mattered
a non-mainstream sport that only sees the spotlight when a very select few fight, and two fellow ATG's fighting in and around the same weight class and who would smash PPV records, can't make a fight because they didn't feel like it...?

    Of course THAT matters.
What I'm saying is FMJ and Pac's stance and demands on 2010 is completely irrelevant to who is ducking NOW which is obvoiusly FMJ.
