Why is that all of a sudden you turn the tables? So Marquez comes out more solid than ever, all of sudden has much greater power & is his lat spread is about 5 inches wider than when he was in his prime. Yes, he has never tested positive, so you take it in your strides that he is clean. Fair enough.

Manny Pacquiao comes out, climbing the divisions and KO'ing people left right and center. Obviously having gone up in weight, this is also suspicious. BUT, HE HAS NEVER TESTED POSITIVE, like you quoted about Marquez.

Floyd Mayweather, has also had his woes with rumours around testing. He has been "accused" of testing positive 3 times & it is a FACT that he uses Idocaine to reduce the pain in his hands, prior to fighting.

Now, why i believe you are agenda driven and indeed coming across as a *****, is because you like many other "fans" try to tarnish the name of one boxer & disregard the same circumstances for another.

If there is one boxer of the 3 listed above, it would be Floyd Mayweather Jr that has had the most speculation in regards to PED use and more. He is known to use Idocaine in his hands to stop the pain from his brittle hands. This is banned in multiple boxing states across the country/world but has an exception in the State of Nevada. It's spelled Lidocane and it only effect the part of the body were it's injected, nowhere else. Here's the fact, it only lasts for twenty minutes so how does that help Floyd in a fight? It might have been some speculation on Floyd's test but if there was proof positive that he tested positive for an illegal substance, there is no amount money that would have kept it out of the press. It would have been too big of a story and ole Bob would have rode it to the bitter end. Floyd's attorney's advised him to keep it out of court because a trail would have been too public and wrong or not, the rumors could potentially have a negative effect on his career and image. Smart thinking if you ask me.

Unsure why i had spelt it wrong. However you are wrong also, it is Lidocaine (the generic name) or Xylocaine (the brand name). You are also somewhat incorrect when it comes to the drugs half-life. Usually the effect can be felt for some time between 4-6 hours, depending on the amount you are given. Im sure if you were doing it for a boxing match, you wouldn't do it for 20mins, would you? Regardless of the fact, it is banned throughout boxing world wide, so why would the so called TBE need such a drug? ODLH was caught out using it years also. However, he stopped using it.

You mean like what Floyd Mayweather and his team have portrayed of Manny Pacquiao for the last 5-6 years? Yes, that is smart thinking. However, unless they have something to hide, it would seem very much like guilty thinking?

Dont get me wrong here. I know there are drugs in the sport. Who uses the drugs, i dont know. Nor do i really care, unless they are proven. I have no agenda to believe Pacquiao, Marquez or Mayweather are guilty. However, if you are to accuse one, you need to accuse them all. There are drugs in the amateur boxing that i compete in also. I can accept that. What i cannot accept is the fact that so called "boxing fans" like Buckdacious like to tarnish the name of a boxer from a personal agenda and pure speculation. And yet, he will turn a blind eye to another boxer for the same thing or worse.

 

I wasnt maknig a thread about Ped use in all of boxing. if I was then i would list other fighters. as of THIS THREAD, im talking about Pacquiao.

 

Yes and in another thread you had a double standard. Saying another boxer is innocent until proven guilty? From memory, Manny Pacquiao is innocent and has never been proven guilty?
