Both good wins, I chose pacquiao over cotto just because it was more impressive. But have to give props to floyd for fighting a dangerous cotto @ 154.

 

Floyd fought a better version of most of their mutual opponents.

Floyd Cotto: 154, Cotto was ranked #1 at 154, and had belts and off 3TKO wins

Pac Cotto: 145 (even though Pac just fought at 147) Cotto had no belts, and had just been plastered out by Margarito.

Floyd fought a better Cotto
Pac had a better performance

Same thing with Oscar, Hatton, etc. etc.

Floyd fights better versions, Pac is more dominant.
