You have to ask Floyd that. My opinion, 3 blood tests is setting a limit, especially with only 2 before the 24 cut off. Why does Pac need to limit it and know when they are arriving? After the fight is pointless, if positive, both fighters records are tarnished with a NC. Unlimited urine is fine, but the blood tests need to be random, without a set number of visits.

when urine test (especially cir) catches all known anabolic steroid however minuscule and urine test is the only method of actually detecting ped use, 24 day cutoff on blood testing is no big deal.

scientist were even brought in during mediation to explain to floyd that.

For comedy purposes, I'll go ahead and respond.

    1) Expert View - Every drug cheat, reputable expert, and reputable testing organization who have gone on the record about the subject have ALL stated that it is not enough and that both blood and urine is more effective.

    and

    2) Common Sense view - Because when the very person who proposed this protocol in the first place was placed in a position of wanting to ensure a 'clean playing field' and expressed distrust of a future opponent (Rios, potential JMM V), that person CHOSE to use the more intrusive VADA protocols and abandoned of his very own protocols that HE HIMSELF once championed (3 blood test, unlimited urine).

Now, run along and kill yourself.

    That's new.

But seriously. 14 days is more of a deterrent. Why does he need 24 days as opposed to 14? That's 10 days he'd probably only receive one more blood test.

To clarify, I don't have a problem with Pacquiao, I have a problem with people not admitting he dipped out of negotiations instead of calling Floyd's bluff.

    :deal :deal :deal

dodong thinks he is speaking for Manny but he isn't. The only things Manny was worried about was bowing to what Arum wanted.

Their team spouted such BS lines like "We dont trust USADA but we will use WADA"

    :patsch
