Of course we've all know this for years. Problem is Mayweather has an IQ of 60 and refuses to fight Pacman. I wish Floyd wasn't this stupid but unfortunately he has some sort of irrational fear for Pacman when in reality he'd box circles around him.

Because Floyd is dumb as a brick. There is no other explanation.

I think floyd would have great trouble with a southpaw that uses angles well, Guerrero just tried to hunt him down from straight in front, very basic, mayweather backs himself into the corner quite often, he has a bad habit that when a right is thrown at him, he covers with his left shoulder while transferring his weight to his right leg, pacquaio could tag him quite easily with lefts and keep him anchored on that leg, mayweather had huge trouble with Judah for the first 4-5 rounds and pacquaio is a lot more awkward than Judah, Judah also got a flash KD that the ref failed too call

Pac has more trouble with Mayweather's style than Mayweather has with Pac's style, it's Manny who will struggle in this fight...defensive wizard, on the back foot, counterpuncher, that's Kryptonite for Pacquiao....Algieri actually has that type of style but no experience, no power, and fighting in Macau means he already loss

I always thought Pacquiao was too short to have success against Mayweather. If he was 5'10 he might've given Floyd some big trouble, but I never could see Pacquiao having much success against him with that 67'' reach. Too one-dimensional for Mayweather's ring IQ, too small and not enough range, I really think many would be shocked at one-sided that fight would be. Mayweather's just too damn good.

    Pacquiao's advantages negated
Movement - Floyd has great ring generalship and IQ, he'd adapt.
Speed - Floyd negates his speed with timing.
Power - I think Pac would land some good shots early on, but no consistently enough to win.
Volume - He'd throw far less punches against Floyd because he won't be in range
Feints - Floyd would negate this with distance

Pacquiao doesn't fight inside so we won't see any elbows from Floyd. Floyd is two inches taller with a 5" reach advantage (2.5" on each hand). With Floyd's range, timing, movement, this is Marquez all over again.

Pacquiao would do better than Marquez because they're different. But Pacquiao is a boxer puncher, Floyd thrives off of his style. Only thing that'd give Floyd trouble is Pacquiao's movement.
