In that statement Richard Schaefer clearly says Pacquiao wont have a test within 30 days of the fight. Now I have backed up my argument, will you please go find some proof to back up your statement.

Your comments regarding cheating are based on Floyd Mayweather Snr's comments, who always strikes me as a pure intellectual genius.

A couple of comments from other fighters based on those comments in addition is all it is.

First of all, Roach changes his tune every interview. He speaks for manny when manny has not given him permission to. And this is what gets Pac into trouble.

That 5 day bull**** is something roach quickly said in an interview when the interviewer couldn't understand why they wouldn't do the test.

    This a quote from ARUM.

We’re willing to do all kinds of urine analysis. We’re willing to do blood testing before the last press conference and after the fight," Pacquiao’s promoter, Bob Arum, told ....... on early Tuesday evening."We’re not willing to do blood testing while he’s in training because he (PAC) claims it weakens him. And one major doctor we talked to says that blood testing is absolutely, totally irrelevant. Totally irrelevant. We’re willing to do random urinalysis at any time."

Travis Tygart, chief executive of the United States Anti-Doping Agency, said a blood test can allow testers to detect use of energy-boosting synthetic EPO, human growth hormone and "a number of potent performance-enhancers not detectable in urine. . . . With a [30-day] window like that, you could dope to the gills and get away with it."

AND THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE REFUSED TO TEST DURING TRAINING CAMP BUT ONLY BEFORE IT AND AFTER IT:deal

You may be right. My feeling was always: Let's wait, PBF may be serious or may be not. It seems now that you are right but let's wait for final confirmation.

    this is bad for boxing.
In future anyone one can ask for any over-the-top super thorough testing and if they refuse they're automatically labeled a cheat.
No boxer should be able to demand **** like this. Should be left to the proper authorities.

Never "heard" that. ;) And where's "hear", btw? I imagine the 'hear' :yep is some workers' paradise perhaps where due process is never heard of..

The "world" will say Pac has all the right to accept/refuse a test that was over and beyond the already established by the Sport's governing body/ies. End of. :good

No, they are not. Official word is that they are only willing to do blood test after press conference 30 days before fight and after the fight. Where did you see PAC camp agreeing to do test RANDOMLY up until 3 days prior to fight?

Roach can say whatever he wants but he still can't justify Pacman not giving blood.
