Why even go that far back. For this fight Pac asked for 10 mil/lb for missing weight. I don't think that is the commission rules, is it?

    They've still agreed to it.

Just not the timing of it.

They're meeting the unreasonable demands set by Floyd, just not completely bending over for him.

Asking pacman to take a test is reasonable.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/8427743.stm

But the American's camp say they have been told by Pacquiao's promoters that he will not agree to blood-testing in the 30 days prior to the fight.

Pac has got something to hide.

How can they agree to something but wont accept the conditions in which the doping agency works:patsch

These aint floyd conditions these are the doping agency that will conduct random drug tests on both fighters training camps.

This news is actually on yahoo and msn in the sports section on the front page. If this is just for hype then it is working because the only time boxing is on yahoo and msn's front page is the day after a big fight discussing the results.

The fact that it is on their front page way before the fight is even signed can only be good news for boxing.

    A teaspoon? An hour?

A basic metabolic blood test is at least two vials. And they tell you not to exercise for AT LEAST 24 hours...and that's for a normal person. It takes several days to restore blood volume.

Seriously, this is basic knowledge.

This does look like a Pac duck to be fair. The 30 day number mentioned is a good number as it allows you to track anything that could have been used in training. As that is as important as the effects of being juiced on the night. if you load up in training you get a level of fitness not normally obtainable... I'm not saying he's a cheat and blame can be spun both ways here. I do think boxing needs to evolve more as people are literally putting their lives on the line. Random blood tests should be mandatory IMO.

Didn't realise a bit of hypothetical thinking was gonna **** on your chips so mightly , if I have uspet the balance of your day then I can only apologise ;)

"Did PAC ever cheated on boxing?"

"All your base are belong to us."

I think the more practical question is:
"Did ~50% of ESB learn english from Japanese video games?"

False analogy again, my friend. The Pac has been and is willing to be tested. By the Sport's accredited and official bodies. Not on PBitchy's terms.
