Sources outside of Arum? Sure, let me have the heads of HBO and Showtime call you at home this weekend so they can explain their private negotiations to you. :patsch

If you need any other proof, just look how Ellerbe was trying to make the fight, and Floyd fired him for it. Now why would Ellerbe be trying to make a fight that the networks could not show? Think, *****. The problem has never been the networks. Their business is to make money. Floyd's business, on the other hand, is to avoid the ass beating that Manny would give him.

Please explain to me why Ellerbe would try to make a fight that Mayweather didn't want (according to you)? Since Ellerbe worked for Mayweather, I would expect him to follow Floyd's wishes. If Ellerbe was dumb enough to try to make a fight that Mayweather didn't want, he should have gotten fired. Ellerbe didn't strike me as being that dumb.

Networks have already stated that Arum is talking out of his @ss. They said he has a "big imagination."

This is just a stunt to get more people watching Pac's upcoming fight.

Where do these guys get the notion that floyd fans are scared to see Floyd get in the ring with Pac (and to be fair, vice versa)?
I, for one, would love to see these two go at it and see Floyd school Manny.

Why would Curtis assume he would have no problem making a fight that Floyd would not want? For the same reason. In Floyd's camp, Floyd does not go around saying, "I will never fight Pacquiao, I am terrified of Pacquiao." Floyd puts up a front to make it seem like he is afraid of no one. Then when Curtis, and Ellerbe, and his cutman, and the Showtime execs, and anybody else, naturally assume the fight can be made, and move ahead to make that fight, then Floyd fires them and stops answering their phone calls.

Any other questions you have, just let me know. I am here to educate.

Floyd fought Canelo for 75m he wouldn't fight Pacquiao in a bigger fight for the same amount, he would expect a min of 95 mill and Manny rejected 40mill before now your saying he will take 30m
like I said the Minumum number Floyd and Manny will take will be like 90-100m + 60-70m - this fight will need 170m in the pot. now compare this to the highest pot previously which was Floyd v Canelo - $75 +12 = 87m
how they going to double that figure the live gate their is a limit Floyd v Canelo generated like 19-20m - Mayweather v Pacquiao maybe 27m at most at the MGM it only has 16k seats. the revenue from gate and international broadcast is never that high we only talkin few Mill extra for this fight. unless it was PPV abroad too. I can't comment on advertising revenue but still the main stream is PPV numbers so their is no way they can afford to pay these guys 160m between them if it generates 2.6-2.7m buys only.
The only solution is a $90-100 PPV price and an outdoor stadium that can generate around $45-50m live gate. also your forgetting another thing the whole PPV number doesn't go in the fighters pocket the network only share 50% of the amount.

to make this fight go ahead we need 2.8 mill PPV buys at $90
$252m ($126m to the fighters) maybe goldenboy take $6m out.
    $45m Live gate
and another $25m from advertising and international rights.

Mayeathers purse - $100m - Manny's $65m - $165 m this is the number that can make this fight happen.

Now if any one asks Mayweather making a 100m is ridiculous it's not he made 105m in 2 fights Alvarez and Maidana so why would he need to take the risk even for 100m when he can make the same just having 2 outings against other fighters.

Mayweather has made $180m in the last 16 Months. if he is really scared of Pacquiao like some people claim then he would even turn down $100m because he doesn't need it.

and finally Mayweather would not take this fight for any where near the guarantees he usually takes like $32m/41m he will want the promoters/investors to almost guarantee near 100m regardless how the event goes so it will be difficult for an investor to come forward at the potential this fight doesn't do anywhere near as good example the 90 dollar price might break the camels back for casual fans, also Pacquiao coming of small fights against algeri in China it isn't the best lead up to the fight, yes it will sell but it might not sell as good as people think it will.
