Why didn't Ariza share the contents of the shake with Roach? I suppose you could make the leap in logic that there were peds in there.

Then again, maybe Ariza didn't want Roach honing in on the S&C part of the training (just like Roach probably wouldn't feel obligated to explain his skills training methods to Ariza).

I'm not saying that Ariza was in the right, but I could understand why he might feel protective over that domain. Hell, what if he was trying to keep some measure of job security by not divulging his recipe (even if it was OTC supplements?).
