I only saw the first couple of rounds of Algeri vs. Provodnikov but with Algeri's height and toughness he has the ability to make this very tough but I think or maybe hope Pacquiao can grind it out on points.

the way to beat pac is to fight him when he is on his offensive mode, that is where he makes his mistakes, if you allow him to dictate his own rhythm you will be in trouble, look at cotto fight :good

Algeri is a sleeper......he has the physical advantages of being taller and longer. Those are common hurdles Manny is used to but the kid is motivated and seemingly on fresher legs. With that said...... There's levels to this sport and nothing I've seen with Manny's most recent wins gives me the impression that Chris is on or even near that level. He's a solid well rounded boxer with a crafty style but PAC is a huge step up for him. The experience factor is always a big variable and Manny has an abundance of experience.

“The fight isn’t even worth talking about,” Floyd Mayweather Sr. said when asked about a potential fight between his son and Manny Pacquiao. “If they fight, you know what is going to happen to Manny. Even though my son is older now, Floyd is going to take him apart. It would be a miss match.”

Mayweather Sr. later added, “Pacquiao never wanted to fight Floyd. But now that he got knocked out, he does. He wants to fight Floyd because he needs money. He knows that if he wants to make money, he needs to fight Floyd. If he doesn’t fight Floyd, he is another poor man you see walking in the streets.”

YES, of course Void was afraid of a prime Margarito. Void was also afraid of Paul Williams, Void refused to fight Martinez at 150, Void has refused to fight Golovkin at 154, Void wants to fight Christy Martin, and I believe Void's fans would fall for such a fight....................

Pac will knock Algieri out cold. Algieri is a running, track & field. Provodnikov beat Algieri, I hate to admit it, but I agree with Teddy Atlas that Provodnikov beat Algieri's arse......................
