This... Many years ago i thought it was close but Pac has so much more depth to his resume it blows Mayweather out of the water.
Pac has better wins in quality and quantity... all Mayweather has is his carefully guarded 0.

Reality is if you fight often enough against that type of opposition you will take a loss here and there.

Pacquiao clearly has the better resume his wins over Barrera, Morales trump anything Floyd has ever done plus he's won belts in more weight classes and even recently beat Bradley who's better then the majority of Floyds wins.

 

Let's not forget that Cotto/Canelo card could have GGG on it and it would be hard to beat that on PPV
