Power itself isnt important, its how you apply it and Maidana used a combination of power, size, unpredicatble and awkward angles to trouble Mayweather.

Bradley is a pretty much straight forward stand up boxer, faster, but featherfisted.

Floyd would have less trouble with Bradley than he did with Maidana.

You have an adventurous mind, you should write fantasy novels

  5. Blacks are naturally the boxing elite.

If you deny this, you don't know **** about boxing.

Maidana is slow and can be outboxed, very few people expected Floyd of all people to have any trouble with him so I wouldn't be so sure Floyd would have an easy (or easier) fight against Bradley. Bradley isn't really much smaller than Maidana, he has less power but has faster hands, faster feet, also has a great workrate, is relentless, is very durable and is also quite awkward and unpredictable. It's very rare that anyone has an east fight against Bradley.

Bradley is one of the best potential opponents for Floyd.

Floyd is still sharp, not prime, but still sharp. Outworking Floyd didn't work for Maidana and won't work for Bradley either. Bradley gets tired, like everyone does. He could've outboxed Marquez but decided to jump into exchanges, allowing Marquez to take rounds. He could've outboxed Pacquiao but he decided to go for the KO and gas out early, then start show boating. Bradley is not beating Mayweather.

Cotto losing to Trout has nothing to do with Cotto vs Bradley. And the winner, IMO, depends on what weight class they fight at.

I didn't say anything about Mexicans or Blacks fighting a certain way, all I said was the nationality of Floyd's opponent is for pure marketing purposes, not style selection.

Really? So you're saying Ortiz was ranked the highest when Floyd fought him? For doing what, beating Berto? Berto is a cab driver.

And Guerrero? What had he done before fighting Floyd? He also beat cab driver Berto. Guerrero was never the top dog, or even close to being that.

And you're saying Maidana was ranked the highest when Floyd fought him twice? Maidana beat an overrated B-fighter in Broner and got a shot at Floyd. Devon beat Maidana, called out Floyd but got no answer.

    :hi::deal

Ortiz turned out to be a hype job but Ortiz beating Berto was the best win at WW in 2011 he was also rated #3 behind only Floyd and Manny, also WBC Champ.

Guerrero is underrated unbeaten for 8 years across 4 division's winning titles in 4 and a champion in 2, also beat the #1&2 contenders in line for the title both of which were top 10 WW's. Guerrero wasn't even supposed to get the fight Alexander was in a unification for the WBC/IBF Title's but everyone said Devon was a cherry pick and Floyd was ducking Robert.
Was rated #3 behind again Floyd/Manny was also #10 P4P officially.

Maidana was coming off a top 3 win at WW (Bradley over Marquez, followed by Maidana over Broner/Porter over Alexander in any order) unification fight WBA/WBC Title's Maidana was only rated behind Floyd, Manny, & Bradley.

    It doesn't matter .

It doesn't take a black fighter to beat Mayweather .

He can lose to a fighter of any nationality at any given time .
