Lol I think both sides show this. Pac fans also show the Kim jong brainwash effect on them.

I like that canelo demanded this date. Its going to push Floyd to try and throw a better show. Competition is always good and no opponents beside pac can compete with nelo vs cotto.

If he gives up his May 5th date it has nothing to do with Pacquiao and everything to do with not competing with Canelo-Cotto, Top Rank and Golden Boy. He has to give it up because it's TMT vs everybody else lol

You guys are always reaching, always thinking about Floyd. This thread is a ***** move.

...stop the fight if Floyd was taking a beating?

I remember Oscar's corner pleading and begging Oscar to take that decision himself when he was being destroyed by Manny. It didn't seem like they had the courage to stop the fight themselves. The only one saving Oscar that night would have been Tony Weeks.

I guess that Floyd and Oscar are such huge stars that people around them are intimidated by them.

So, if Floyd were to take a savage beating (it will never happen, this is purley a hypothetical question) would there be anyone in his corner brave enough to pull the plug?

Pacquiao rocked him multiple times and dropped him twice. Cotto wasn't really forced to take a backward step at all against mayweather.

This is not true. Mayweather rocked Cotto in the 4th and in the 11th or 12th rounds. Floyd carried Cotto...

Are you trying to suggest that anyone should pay any attention to what this man says? If so, you're an idiot. Based on your post history it would seem that is indeed the case.

Odd given the results, but... who am I to say otherwise?

I think that boxrec maybe has caused people to think that Pacquiao KO'd Cotto cold or made him quit on a knee or something. It was a mercy-TKO with Cotto on his feet in the final round. Although I know I read that Cotto asked his trainer to pull the plug before going out for the 12th... And while Pac did drop him twice early on in the fight, perhaps Cotto is specifically not talking about those moments of "getting caught" and merely talking about how he reacted to each of their comparable punches.

Aside from the two rounds Cotto won wide (I think it was the 3, 5, and/or 8...?), Mayweather was moving forward for much of the fight or at least notable portions of the rounds and certainly so for the final few rounds.
