Pac's fights have mostly been stinkers due to his opponents favoring that type of fight or just trying to survive. Floyd's are stinkers because he favors that type of fight. When have you seen Pac run away in the 12th but rather has his opponent on the run. That's the difference.

Is being a champion at welterweight not credible? Last I checked Guerrero and Maidana held titles when they fought Floyd. What has Algieri done at welterweight? Nothing, absolutely nothing

Really so where do excuses like Manny is too nice, compassionate, dont want to hurt his opponents come from? Aren't those excuses meant to address why Manny has let up and not gone for stoppages in every fight since Cotto?

It's not like he been fighting bigger men cause last I checked Bradley, Rios, Marquez, and Algeri are junior welterweights being forced up by Pacquiao!

The excuses for lack luster performances are common for not just Manny, but Floyd as well. I think fans and fighters alike are guilty of making up reasons for a subpar outing. Some are valid others not so much. But Manny a lot of times is the one making the fights and his opponents looking to go 12 and count that as a win. In boxing you need two opponents looking to win to create an exciting fight.....when one side is overly defensive or in survival mode we sometimes get very dull fights.

Guerrero was not credible nor was Maidana ! Please stop with the champion bull **** when Maidanda wasn't even a decent welter weight let alone champion ..And what did Gurrero do at welter weight beat a bum in Berto? Funny the double standards here ..

So because they fought and loss to Floyd they aren't credible now? Let Floyd skip fighting either of them and you would be on this forum to this day claiming he ducking Maidana and Guerrero...yeah I know thats what so called boxing fans like you do

So let me guess is Canelo, Cotto, and Mosley also not credible opponents? I'm sure you'll find a way to say they aren't...go ahead, lets hear it....

Right I'm sure there was going to be a public out cry demanding that he fights Robert. The Ghost Gurrero or Marcos Maidana who wasn't even at WW at the time ! Hell no one even wanted that fight they wanted Khan but yet you want to defend this as credible yeah sure

They both top 10 welterweight titlists coming off the best wins of their career, thats more than enough reason to make a fight. That you could actually sit your azz on a type writer and say they are not credible opponents shows the idiot you truly are. Maybe Floyd should fight JMM again, afterall he did KO6 Manny...is that credible? Or is JMM a blown up lightweight only when he fights Floyd?

Pac's excuse is far too better than "giving the fans what they want" :rofl

    Please top 10 titlists

Who did Gurrero beat that made him a monster at welter ?

And who did Maidana beat that made him a monster at welter ?

Like I said the fans didn't even want that fight but your idiol cherry picks, this guy not once but twice yet you want to make a thread criticizing Manny who after getting KO ed beats Bradley who was actually ten times better than Canelo, Maidna ,Ortiz and. Gurrero combined but you want to talk opponents
