tv networks don't pay fighters $40 million. check mayweather's checks they are written by golden boy promotions . you know the truth is that showtime said "hey we'll give you a couple of million to fight on Showtime and you're most likely going to walk away with $40 million after it's all said and done."

Floyd has unified titles and fought the fight everybody wanted him to fight (Canelo) SO YES Mayweather has fought way better competiton. u cant even argue that. espcially when Mayweather has fought everybody before pac did expect for Cotto and everybody knows Cotto was alot healthier at 154 a few years off the bricks then 145 less then a year of the bricks

Look, I don't side with either guy... but since WHEN does a fighter (Cotto) take a beating by one guy then get an equally bad beating from another guy (Pacquiao) then suddenly become an "awesome" fighter having only beaten Yuri, f*cking Mayorga and Margarito (who you yourself just sh*t on in another thread about "Pac vs Margarito 4 years ago") NEITHER MArgarito or Mayorga were legit contenders and that is using your own logic.

Cotto is healthier at 154? LOL ...sure showed in the Trout fight didn't it? He is 3-2 at 154...not exactly something to brag about. He is 7-1 at Welterweight with 5 by stoppage... but yeah he is clearly better at 154.

But but but Floyd changed his trying back to his original offer which was full testing bc Manny turned down a cut off so Fkoyd moved the go post. But but but Floyd wanted all the PPV money and so on and instead of Manny using that 40 million as a starting point for negotiations he just walked. Lmao
