It does back it up lol he confirmed negotiations, Espinoza confirmed an offer. Don't get mad because Arum declined AGAIN.

    Answer both.

How do you know it wasn't made?

Do you believe Pacquiao when he says Arum is in serious discussion with Mayweather for a fight?

Ducking the question. Because Espinoza said it was made, Arum never declined or debunked it. It's been about a week already. Now answer my questions.

I just did. All Arum said was that Espinoza is not allowed to talk about it. Negotiations are taking place. Espinoza may not be the one making the offer, but he represents the company. Fact is, an offer was made and Arum has gone quiet. What happened to the "they know who to call" spew? Let's just hope Arum is being hush about it until after November 22.

There's no reason to believe Arum over Espinoza and vice versa. Unless you're bias.

From Lance Pugmire's article in an LA newspaper on 11/18/2014:

Arum dismissed reports that he has turned down a $40-million guarantee for Pacquiao to fight Mayweather, with another 35% of the pay-per-view profit. Arum also said it was "erroneous" that he recently presented Moonves with a proposal for a 55%-45% purse split in Mayweather's favor.

He's right, he didn't decline the offer, he just hasn't responded.
