It's clear that both have played their part in delaying the fight. Manny with not accepting testing when the fight was at it's biggest demand & Floyd for demanding bigger cuts in other negotiations. (09 was prime time for fight, Manny dropped ball, no other stipulation aside drug testing was left. Manny denied 14 days. He him self, Michael Knocz & Arum confirmed this them selfs. I know your troll reply will be "manny" accepted, but no he didn't , we are not going to take your word for it when there is video of arum pac & Michael confirming they were offered 14 days but denied. )

back in 09 both teams agreed pac signed his side of the bargin what was only left was for Floyd to sign at the last min duckweather dropped HUGE bombshell he asked for RBT (he never asked for that before) that stalled it even though pac agreed..........

if duckweather never asked for his homemade testing the fight would of happened back in 09 ( even though pac agreed to the testing)

 

1. How is it homemade?
2. It wasn't last minute.

if duckweather never asked for his homemade testing back in 09 when it was uncommon the bout WOULD OF HAPPENED (even though pac agreed to the testing)

 

duckweather used the homemade testing as his get out of jail card back in 09 to complicate negotiations
