And yet even if that were the case he'd still be more versatile than Manny. Once again, if Manny's plan A doesn't work, what then?

i agree the amount of pressure on Floyd would be huge.. That fight would arguably define his career/legacy.. Although Mayweather does tend to cope with pressure well... I can only hope this fight happens. Would be such a loss for boxing if it didn't...

We have to remember to look at this as if it happens now and not 3-5 years ago. Floyd adjusted enough to barely beat Maidana in his last two fights. I don't know if Floyd is the best at adjusting anymore.

Just wondering now that the has dust settled, have we came back to our senses yet. Just because you hate the other guy doesn't mean you should underrate/overrate opponents.

Hoping guys have comes to terms with Algieri and Rios getting smashed by Maidana, especially now that he throws faints and comes behind a jab.

Floyd fans should also admit that Ortiz looses to Rios, and Algieri,

And we should also admit Bradley beats everyone Floyd fought recently except for Alvarez and Cotto.

Boxing fans have a large part to do with why big fights not being made. We allow both sides to manipulate our thoughts.

Lets keep it real, and call 'stay busy fights' for what they are. They're good wins, but are stay busy fights. Just because they're ppv doesn't stop them from being "stay busy fights"

And yes, even p4p deserve to take a night off, although I don't think we should be forced to pay money for it.

It's already a loss for boxing because it should have happened 5 years ago. If they fought now, Mayweather would clearly have the advantage because Pac hasn't been able to KO a fighter in years, which means that it's essentially a boxing match, and Mayweather's bound to win that, either way, the fight doesn't mean nearly as much as it could have.

One can't watch Maidana I and honestly say this is an easy fight for Mayweather. It's difficult to justify him being a favorite now, based on the way things went for him in those two fights. Pac should be a solid favorite at this point. Bradley would also UD Mayweather now. Hulk JMM is an even fight.

This was Maidana pre Robert Garcia again... He comes behind a jab now, and thows faints to the body before coming up top. Broner would of schooled Maidana pre Garcia.

I hope Maidana vs Alexander happens again

Based on Pacquiao's performances against Bradley its difficutly to justify him being a favorite over Floyd.
