Whatever the difference is, he still fights the same way. He uses the jab more but his speed, balance or defense didn't change. He is still a toe-to-toe, stand up fighter who loves fighting in the inside which, like I said, is the type of fighter that Pac would rather fight.

It does not matter anymore. We all know who would have won when both were still in their prime. That's why it never was...

I actually feel like Miadana would have problems with the style......if he lands flush it could be all over for Chris but the same way Provo struggled with the movement, jab and activity I think Chris would cause Marcos similar problems. Not to say Miadana wouldn't find a way to finish Chris unlike Provo....but Chris is a more complete boxer than Miadana. Marcos is bigger and stronger with more power....it wouldn't be like how Manny completely dominated by any stretch of the imagination......if the fight between Chris and Miadana did happen it would look more like it did between him and Provo...... But I'd favor Marcos at 147.

Everything Provodnikov does, Maidana does better. Much better in some respects. And against better competition.

I really hope it is relevant. Until I see them standing in front of each other ready to fight anything goes

I wouldn't go that far.....they are both one dimensional sluggers.....both have certain qualities that they are better at than the other but neither are complete or well rounded boxers. They are what they are..... Tough, mean....strong and powerful. They best better boxers by out fighting them not by outboxing them.

Here's a thought......Miadana vs Provo!! That's a fight fans kind of fight! Make it happen!

Who's the best opponent he's stopped? He couldn't even put down shot Corley
Who's the hardest puncher he's faced? Fellow ESPN level Alvarado?
Yeah he really displayed that against Bradley and Algieri.

No, it will be relevant if and when it gets made officially, and not before.

I agree to small extents with what you say.

    But come on.

Name me one or two things that Provodnikov does better than Maidana? Because I could name several things Maidana clearly does better than Provodnikov.
