His promoter has always been the obvious reason It hasn't been made. But yeah I do blame Pac for resigning with the guy over and over again. Even after his taxes got mangled, even after he failed to make the fight repeatedly, even after Visionquest showed him Arum mismanaged his money....it's almost like a slave and master relationship to be honest.
