These drugs do not paralyze muscle as you are suggesting. Considering it is given for heart problems I doubt the heart stops working when given.

 

I just ran a text search on the article this was all based on and tried to find the words "49" and "state(s)" but nothing came up. It was mentioned to be banned in "some" states but I missed the part where its supposedly illegal everywhere but in Nevada.

Administering any foriegn substance into your body to relieve pain or for pleasure is termed as a drug just like nicotine is a drug & legal but it's still a stimulent & if mayweather is using numbing agents that are legal in his state & not elsewhere then we now know why he won't fight outside Vegas
