Doesn't matter if Pacquiao is with arum or not. Mayweather just doesn't want to fight Pacquiao, he will always make excuses or a stupid offer and other road blocks.

Mayweather should make a fair offer of 60-40.

Why should mayweather make a fair offer, he has already made offers in the past? Pacquiao and Arum have done all the name dropping of late so why dont they come up with a contract and present it officially to Floyds team. get a press crew to film them doing it then we will know they have actually done something rather than just gossip as per usual to hype fights.

Floyd has phoned Manny, made offers, they may not have been what you deem to be fair but he has made offers and started negotiations in the past. Just because Manny fights Algieri and mentions Floyd you think its upto him to offer another deal immediately?

same **** every day, move on with your lives.

Arum isn't the only problem here.

Pac lost the right to blame things on Arum long ago. Once the boxer becomes the bigger or the driving force to a promoter he can demand any fight he pleases and that happened long ago. Or, he could leave that promoter if he flat out refuses, instead, Pac has resigned like what, twice already?? You have to go with the "Mayweather does not want it" excuse that you see here, it is the only excuse not proven to be only an excuse.

The way I see it, both Arum and Mayweather didn't/don't want this fight, but for different reasons. Arum didn't want his star fighter's image and marketability to take a hit through a potential one sided loss to Mayweather, although since Pac has all but almost exhausted his "use", Arum might be thinking of cashing out through a fight/fights with Mayweather.

Mayweather doesn't want the fight because he has this need to have things go his way, and if it doesn't, he won't comply. I don't really know if he's afraid of Pac, but it seems like he's afraid of losing his undefeated record (even if, on paper, he will have a considerable stylistic advantage against Pac). Although right now, the general public, media, and even some of his own entourage have been up his ass about fighting Pac, and he might end up just giving the go signal, especially since he'll get the huge chunk of the money.

so you think that the PED's test was legit?

so you think that if Pac gave in to the test the fight should have taken place?

so you think that Mayweather will not throw in the "Pac has to leave Arum" and "Pac has to to sign with TMT" if Pacquiao agreed to the testing?

so you think that getting 0% PPV revenue was a legit offer?

how close are you to Haymon for you to say that for once he now wants the fight for Mayweather?

    1. yes i think so. floyd seemingly had no issues with anything else even pacs demands. but he clearly suspected pac for whatever reason i feel the fight would have been made if pac and floyd reached a compromise on the cutoff date. floyd was willing to negotiate and compromise on his demand. if he were trying to put up a roadblock he would not have agreed so easily to every other demand

    2. i think the pac has to leave arum comes after those events in 2012, he actually tried to get the fight made then and arum just would not let it happen as im sure you are aware, i think he is well within his rights to demand bob arum **** off i mean its suprising floyd would even consider working with him to begin with given their history

    3. no 0% revenue was a bull**** offer and pac deserved more (especially at the time) but they would not even come to the table to negotiate and thats where it gets really annoying. then you have this talk of fighting for charity :scaredas: . even recently was it espinoza that said he is offering 35% upside with a 40m flat fee to pac? sounds like a fair deal given ppv numbers of both fighters (again that is an opening offer, im sure pacs team would argue more very easily)

    4. i dont know haymon or floyd never met them same goes for bob and manny. but like i stated in my previous post it simply does not add up

that article is very weak.. i mean yes al haymon dont give interviews but how many people that represent floyd other then himself give interviews ? and they go out of there way to compare bob arum and haymon and say bob arum is always willing to give interviews and share his thoughts on matters BUT HE DONT lol.. hell even recently in the post fight algieri v pac post fight presser he was asked what his next step in making the megafight was and he replied "answering the phone" he seemed very "over it" and sick of hearing it but that was his next step just sit around and wait for a phone call (which i guess is a step forward because he ducked calls last time).

he constantly denies being offered deals but never really states what he wants ? haymon is no doubt a shady character but you can see that from what he has done with his fighters not by the fact he is a man in the shadows

Todd DuBoeuf talks a big talk when it comes to playing nicely with others but he doesn't walk the walk and there's no reason to believe he'll diverge in any significant way from Bob's model.
