The heavyweight division is mainly russian/soviet/ukrainian etc.

Bruno & Spinks in particular have massive MASSIVE black as the night right testicles and Tyson demolished them and as far as we know, Ali NEVER fought a single opponent with giant black right testicles which is a serious short point on his resume.

Do an ATG list of fighters from 130 and below, lets see how many come out as asians & hispanics, how many blacks & Caucasians. There you will find your answer. The lowers weights generally are ruled by non blacks. When you consider that the average african american man is bigger than the average asian/hispanic man you'll know why you get more black champs at higher weights and more hispanic/asian champs at lower weights.

You have to keep things in perspective! PAC's era and his weight divisions that he ran through and dominated didn't have ANY GREAT African American Fighters and any promising African American fighters didn't beat the BEST Mexican Fighters or the best of the best in those divisions. PAC did!

I see your angle but it's a bit scewed. No matter the race, or ethnicity boxing all comes down to fighting the best and fighting different styles. There are slick, skilled and elusive fighters who aren't African American...just like there are Tough as nails, pressure fighters who are not Mexican.

It just so happens African American fighters are usually taught to fight in the kind of style you depict...but Bottom line it comes down to who you beat, the level of competition and how you beat them..dominating or otherwise.

For that reason alone PAC is where he should be on the P4P list without any question.
