And it's 110% Floyd's fault.. Not a crumb or smidgen of blame is even remotely close to being on Pac and Bob Arum.. They did and will continue to try their hardest to make the fight happen.. I'm not really sure what they offered that wasn't stupid or very stupid like fighting for free, but that's more than what Floyd does.. All Floyd does is make offers that might be better than Bob's offers, but has a small demand that proves he wants to duck like drug testing and reservation of a date.. I'd rather fight for free in April then disrespect all Mexicans by doing what I get paid to do on a day that basically means "hey our Mexican brothers and sisters. We see you."...

Well it's still a Mexican/Mexican-American thing isn't it? So it makes sense to me for a Mexican or somebody of Mexican heritage to be fighting on that day.

Then what's wrong with moving it to June around the time of the PR parade?

Because the PR parade is nowhere as close a big deal as Cinco de Mayo in terms of boxing audiences.

Pacquiao-Mayweather doesn't have to take place on May 2. STFU.

    :deal

    From a business standpoint. Yes.
Millions of Mexicans off work, drunk and free cash to spare!
You put a Mexican fighter on that date to capitalise the ppv revenue.

Nothing personal, but anyone who believes for one second Pacquiao hasnt drug cheated as he superhumanly moved up through the weights is absolutely clueless

He may or may not have cheated, I don't know but I don't think it's superhuman to go through the weights like that.
    Anyway I was just wondering...

    1. Does this mean you believe everyone who has gone up through weight divisions has also drug cheated?

    2. Do you think it's just Manny who has cheated because he was so successful or do you believe other, less successful fighters (including his opponents) have been cheating too?

Ask an honest question and you get told to STFU. What are you so sensitive for?

As you said Cinco de Mayo is the most profitable boxing date. So what sense would it be for Floyd to just abandon it?

I don't care what ethnicity you are. Cinco de Mayo is a big boxing date. It should be available to any boxer with enough pull to grab it up. Case closed.

Floyd really wants the fight! He even called Pac to offer 40M which is basically 1% of what the fight can generate :rofl

and Pac walked away so he ducked the fight :rofl:rofl:rofl

Pac said he'd fight Floyd for FREE! What's the problem? He could have donated that $40M to Mexican orphanages to respect them.
