Yup but in order for Floyd to do it, he must fight pacquiao. Not cotto but pacquiao. Not on twitter or instagram. But floyd is stalling. He wants arum out, he wants to pick the gloves, ref and judges. He has so many demands that could block the fight.

to compare Pac and Marquez is ludicrous, Marquez has never been a star of the magnitude of Pacquiao, so that comparison is asnine. The only way Mayweather can generate this kind of sale is facing Pac, because Pac has star value. nothing less than 60/40 is fair. I would agree that an arbitrator with the help of a statistician could come up with a fair value for both stars in this fight. Then signatures shut the fuk up and fight already!!!!!

You did not read weeks ago the articles that rumored Mayweather was offering a 2 fight deal where Pac would get 37.5% the first fight and the winner an additional 20% in a rematch????

If thats how pacquiao put it, then he's a hypocrite for trying to come accross as a man of good while trying to discredit another.
Any honorable man would just go ahead and give his purse to charity and not oblige another to do the same as a condition to give up his own money.

The stature that separated Pacquiao and Marquez for their 2nd fight is about the same as the stature that separates Mayweather and Pacquiao now.
Pacquiao was not a PPV star then.

The only way Pacquiao could make the ammount of money he did against Marquez then was only through Marquez.

I'll remind you that the Marquez-Pacquiao rematch had more PPV buys than any of Pacquiao's fights with MAB or Morales!

Marquez was of big enough stature with fight fans that he outsold MAB and Morales in his rematch with Pacquiao.

 

May 2nd date, and specifically him at ringside the other night in his sunglasses talking like he wants the Pac fight when he clearly doesn't.
