Pac****s get angry because Marquez has said the series is over, but the reality is that its over if Pacquiao wants it to be over.

Cant really blame Pacquiao, I'm sure he'd rather not get KTFO again! :D

its over according to arum aswell remember the only reason he said the 4th fight had to happen was because they had no definitive winner in the first 3 fights.

to put it into perspective if floyd fought pac in may this year with the rematch clause and floyd lost (obviously manny allready said hed take alot less cash). the rematch should mean pac gets the lions share. id have no problem with that as a floyd fan because pac clearly earnt it and you just know if floyd had a problem with it those pac fans would be the first to jump up and down about it

but the same situation with marquez and no one wants to admit marquez earnt every penny and more by holding the only definitive win in the series

if you know the history between floyds attempts to get delahoya fight made and his split with arum you will know there was no ducking of marg

pwilliams ? no.. BUT HE DID DUCK THE MAN WHO BEAT HIM, sergio martinez

floyd said he wanted the winner of pwil v sergio and when sergio knocked out williams viciously all went quite

hasnt marquez said he wants 50/50 or nothing ? arum can make as many offers as he wants if it aient 50/50 he is wasting his breath

but do you think marquez deserves 50/50?

Lets also not forget he got offered a career high payday at the time to fight Margarito.... it was a clear as day duck.

He was offered more to fight the lineal champion. Tough decision in 2006, fight an unknown paper champion or the lineal champion?

He was offered 8 million before the Baldomir fight even came into play.
Floyd then proceeded to wait for a long time as per usual... im afraid you are having your chronology mixed up.

Also once it became availeble.. EVERYONE said the Baldomir fight was a joke fight and Floyd still proceeded to fight 1 of the most boring fights in boxing history vs someone that was feather fisted.

Even though he would be a huge favorite Floyd would have faced some adversity as Margarito would be swinging at him for a full 12 but as usual ever since he moved out of the lighter weights took the easy way.

Marquez has been purposely ridiculous with his demands because he simply doesn't want to fight Pacquiao again.

Manny Pacquiao was updated this morning on ongoing negotiations for a potential May 2 bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr., according to Pacquiao’s adviser Michael Koncz.

“We’re still in negotiations with Floyd’s group through Top Rank. I spoke to Manny this morning. I gave Manny what is perceived to be a counter offer from the Mayweather people,” said Koncz, who then referred to Top Rank CEO Bob Arum.

“We discussed it and now I’ve given instruction to Bob to counter their counter. We’ve been going back and forth. Bob has been negotiating with the powers that be on Floyd’s side for the past couple of weeks. There’s been offers and counter offers, and a couple of days ago Bob called me and gave me allegedly where Floyd’s side is, and I discussed that with Manny two hours ago.

“Now I’ve given Bob our response to that. I’m never overly optimistic until the contract is signed, but the good thing is that we’re still going back and forth.”

During an interview on Showtime on Dec. 12, Mayweather said that he “would love to fight Manny Pacquiao” on May 2. Click here for Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s full video interview with Steve Farhood

“Mayweather can get the amount he wants,” Pacquiao responded on Dec. 16. “Money is not the issue in our fight.”

On Wednesday, Pacquiao delivered a final word for 2014 to Mayweather on his Twitter account.

“The ball will drop at midnight to usher in 2015,” read Pacquiao’s message. “@Floyd Mayweather, let’s not not drop the ball on fighting each other next year! #LetsMakeFistory.”

Mayweather is currently aligned with Showtime, having fought four of six bouts stipulated by a multimillion-dollar agreement he signed with the network and its parent company, CBS Corporation.

Officials from Showtime and HBO, the latter of which has televised most of Pacquiao’s fights, have reportedly discussed a joint venture between the networks similar to that which facilitated the fight between Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson in June 2002.

Lewis scored an eighth-round stoppage victory over Tyson in the bout. Lewis and Tyson were affiliated with HBO and Showtime, respectively, at the time. Key aides are reportedly working for Mayweather and Pacquiao, with CBS Corporation Chief Executive Leslie Moonves bringing the two sides together.

As long as Mayweather has other options worth considering, this fight won't happen. I will be genuinely shocked if it does.
