Its not a never situation, however Mayweather is more technically sound then JMM and JMM gave Pac-Man his hardest fights in the two battles they fought. This should show you that Mayweather has a very good chance of picking Pac-Man apart. I've also learned to never count Pac-Man out he's a very very good fighter.

floyd should have whooped him. You can dominate an oppnent easily with techinique. Lemme see you got Bhop vs Tito you got Winky vs Tito. DLH was tuffer for him cuz he was overconfident. I believe that

Where the hell have I been, this would be a extremely interesting fight. Ow my god some M£&+er fu^%r needs to make this fight. I'm a Hatton fan, but Mayweather v Pacman would be ludicrous. Gentlemen this fight has to happen.

welll clearly pacman is no.1 now even if mayweather comes back. If they fight its still somewhat of a mismatch unless its at 140 maybe. However if floyd wins then he'll get hes p4p back......BUT IF CALZAGHE BEATS A DAWSON THEN WHAT HAPPENS!!!!!!! LOL

Lets not get it twisted here ... it is a prize fight and it will be a superfight ... key word being "fight" and Pac is the new p4p king so he will compete but on a technical level he can't hang.

No one saying anything to there defense other than physicality and when it comes to Floyd Mayweather physicality gets thrown out the window.

He will lower Pac's punch output by using his defense ... he's comfortable in every part of the ring (which he always uses to his advantage) he's a good counter puncher and is very accurate.

Bro thats not Floyd's style to do what Pacquiao did ... just like you wouldn't expect for Pac to have the same performance as FLoyd did ... they have two different approaches to the fight and they fight different.

Pac would have to be damn near flawless for him to beat Mayweather.

There is always a chance of PBF losing a fight but I highly doubt it will happen against Manny Pacquiao.

Never count the Pacman out. He's got as good a chance as any boxer today to beat Mayweather. He's in his prime and he's still improving and with PBF not having fought a fight in months, you can't tell me Manny doesn't have a good chance of winning.

Margarito is garbage ... I don't know where all this Margarito talk is coming from ... he still has Paul Williams haunting him ...

Manny will fight Floyd ... and Floyd would accept the challenge ... Manny's the p4p best and will produce a nice payday for PBF given that they're both highly marketable figures in the industry.

    :**** Nuthuggers

If anything was proven last night, its that anything can happen in boxing... and thats why its the greatest sport in the world.

I was rooting for Pacman, but like most I was very skeptical going into the fight... and watching the fight was just plain amazing and mindblowing.

For you to say Pacquiao will never beat PBF, just shows your ignorance in regard to boxing, as well as how much you like Money Mayweather's nuts in your mouth

For me its mayweather's tuffest fight. Margo or Paul williams would present huge challenges for money too. But dont get it twisted pacman can beat mayweather vice versa. I believe intangibles such as heart, will, etc can beat technique. Mayweather aint flawless he keeps his hands low. he rarely jabs. he leads with his left hook and comes with a righ straight. does not body punch. hes not a technically sound fighter if you can catch my drift. He uses a unorthodox fighting style similar to toney. He never gets tested becuz of his outwordly reflexes and backpedaling potshotting moves. Luis castillo almost beat him dat night. Now imagine somebody on a different level coming at you 100 percent with improving defense, good footwork, and the ability to hurt you. this is tuff for mayweather. no doubt about dat. this aint no carlos baldomir

This guys has been fighting 12 yrs straight ... and don't think that he's not training and staying mentally and physically sharp ...

Did it stop Jordan when he left the game and came back? ... he just picked up where he left off.

Did all those years stop Foreman? (a decade)

    Vitali? (4yrs)

    Leonard?

great fighters just pick up where they left off as long as they're in it mentally.
