On January 22, the Pacquiao entourage will fly to London to meet with Prince William in a private dinner and tour around the Buckingham Palace.

Almost done? Yeah we've heard that before. Pacquiao's words are something I care the least about. Because he doesn't concern himself with the business side of the sport. So what would he know? He will show up, look at the name on the contract, and if it said Vargas he would just sign with no questions asked. And if the media asked why, he will refer them to The Bobfather.

So yeah, better to wait for an actual announcement before getting your hopes up.

 

I think it's the promotional tour and London is probably one of those destinations.
That could be the reason why he has to meet Prince William.
