Neither does Rocky Marciano...Neither does Calzaghe....Probably tons of other greats as well. Some eras are weaker than others. Not always gonna be a fellow ATG in his prime competing in the same era as <insert ATG fighter here>

I read that they've agreed on everything but the date and purse. That was a quote from Arum on Fight Hype.

They've agreed that it will be either May or June, but going to decide exact date when Manny comes to US to promote his movie.

That trip is when they plan to sign contracts. As of now NEITHER has signed anything and stating, "I knew he would not sign" is a stupid comment. Nobody signs until all negotiations are done!!
