And what exactly has Mayweather done? Please tell us what Floyd is doing to hurt negotiations. I'm sorry but I haven't heard crazy talk from Floyd threatening to walk etc....that type of bull**** is coming from Pacquiao.

Manny dont got to the end of this month to negotiate the biggest fight in history? He got more important things to do? Jessie Vargas is more important than securing the Mayweather fight for May 2nd?

perfect example, amir khan... lol, how long do you have to wait to get a fight in ? if you plan to fight 3 times a year you cannot wait til last minute to start training. Stay active and move on if the fight is not made

past examples shows that he has taken other routes... amir khan sat a whole half year to wait for mayweather and he choose maidana...at that point he didnt have any one to fight and its the waiting game

Makes me laugh when Floyd is saying he is his own boss...
The guy cannot read and is not the smartest tool in the shed which means that he is not the one that is negociating with the otherside. The only thing that is important for him are his diva requests that Haymon has to bring to the table.

First of all, there is no "B" side to the biggest fight in ppv history. To have that, you need both sides.

Walking because you have agreed to terms set by the other side, every term, only to hear nothing, is not shallow.

A cursory nod from Mayweather is all that is needed at this point.
Sorry, but if there is no fast yes from Mayweather, it looks very, very cowardly. And that is how he will go down. Top Boxer Marketer ever? Definately top 5. Top boxer ever? Sorry. Not top 50.

Just because it is a 60-40 split does not mean Pac cant make some decisions. There is no biggest fight ever without him.
It is clear who wants to fight here, and it is clear who is simply afraid to lose.

If HBO/Showtime are holding up the deal, then Mayweather should assuage his fans fears by making a brief but telling statement.

Its a fight. Mayweather said: we can fight, hear are my demands.
Manny said ok, where do I sign.
    Mayweather......nothing.
Why would Pac wait? He already won! He has catipulated to every demand FM has asked for.
Now FM does nothing. It should have been signed. Period.

Mayweather, if he does not sign, goes down in history as a coward. A cherry picker who was afraid to truly test his metal.
    Smoke and mirrors.

And at the same time, he should produce the 3 b tests for the 3 a tests he failed. But that is another thread.

Calls Manny a pawn, and that he has no say in approving the fight cause "his boss" Top Rank has to. Also says that Top Rank have been very difficult to negotiate with.

In Floyd Language: Insult Manny and is asking for something ridiculously insulting like Top Rank cannot be involved in the promotion what so ever. Really sounds like a guy who wants the fight

What negotiations? Pacquiao already agreed to what Mayweather wants. There's nothing to negotiate. Manny's merely saying that I've got to make a fight for around May. If I can't this one, then I need to go and fight someone else. I can't wait forever.

He isn't the most clever with his comments sometimes.

If he makes his own decisions and doesn't have a boss to answer to, can't an argument be made that he should be able to push for the fight and that Pacquaio has been less at fault for the fight not happening?

Anyways its just the same usual 6-year old ****. Just get the fight sorted already, everybody involved.

Never a good idea to insult your counterpart if you want to bring a negotiation to fruition. However, it is a good idea if you want to exercise some damage control. Sigh.
