:huh What does Judah and Bradley's chin have to do with it?

Bradley was beating Pac in the first half of the fight. Can you admit that? And if so, will you refer to it as "tapping that ass" like you do with Judah to Floyd? It's literally the same exact situation.

he was not pac won round 123 5 and won the rest of the later rounds

pac won the early rounds and the late rounds you forgot the second round that big left that sent bradly across the ring?

or maybe in the 3rd round where pac was hitting bradley with those combinations and had bradley swining around widely ?

obviously Floyd would be worth less money, but I'm not his accountant or 3 Comma Joe so i'm not as concerned with that. What if Floyd had stayed with Top Rank....would the Oscar DLH fight be made?
Do we get Floyd vs. Cotto earlier?
Obviously we would have gotten Floyd vs. Manny by now.
You could even argue that boxing would be worse off right now since it's likely there wouldn't be as many Floyd haters driving discussion on the internet or paying to see him lose all the time.
Would boxing be in a better or worse state right now?

I don't remember what they did or which rounds specifically, all I remember is that HBO and myself included had Bradley winning like 4-2 after the first half. Pacquiao did NOT win the first half. He completely shut Bradley out in the 2nd half. Pacquiao won the fight and that's all that matters, I don't know why you can't admit Bradley won the first half.

AND WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THE REMATCH.

I agree that Floyd avoids speed and that Zab was whooping on him until his usual breakdown.

However...has anyone noticed that fighters who are known almost exclusively for speed seem to be mentally weak?

    Alexander
    Khan
    Dawson
    Macho Camacho
    Judah
Probably others that slip my mind.

    Seems like a theme.

Only 2-3 rounds? That's because you're biased. Pacquiao won 8-4. C'mon man, stop riding Pac so hard.

I think most people can agree Floyd is not scared of Manny. The main issue is if Floyd was scared, it would be of LOSING. Unfortunately, if Floyd wins (which most people think he will, me included) he won't get the recognition because he will be accused of waiting for Manny to slow down (which could honestly be true). Floyd has more to lose than Manny. If Pac loses, the people will still like him, because he seems to legitimately be a good guy and he's lost before so it's not a big deal since he was expected to lose by many anyways. Floyds legacy is built upon his record, his claim to fame is he's never lost. His fights are very technical but not exciting for the casual boxing fan so he won't be as remembered for the fights he's been in. What happens if he loses the unbeaten record? Why would casual fans want to watch a "boring" fighter that has lost before?

Although the odds of him winning is in his favor, he must see something in Pac that makes him think he could possibly lose otherwise he would have taken the fight a long time ago. People say the problem is Arum, which could have been true a few years ago, but I don't see why Arum would want to block the fight now that Manny is on the decline. If Pac loses one more fight then he'd most likely retire so why not cash out now?

I think Floyd went through the motions of "negotiating" to save face probably hoping Pac's camp wouldn't agree to the terms and if for some reason they give in to his demands, he could always blame Arum. If he was really serious about the fight I doubt he would be negotiating with Cotto's camp at the same time. According to Rafael and Lampley, the Mayweather-Cotto fight is almost a done deal, which means Floyds camp was in talks with them while they were in talks with Pac's camp. Manny's camp probably knows about it too and questions Floyd's willingness to fight them even after they supposedly agreed to all the terms, which explains why they imposed a deadline so as not to waste any more time with Floyd.

Hopefully in the next few days we get the final word on who fights who because all we can do now is speculate. By the way the media is spinning this, it looks like Floyd is fighting Cotto. Maybe $150M is not worth the possibility of losing his undefeated record. Time will only tell.

this is exactly why Floyd don't wanna fight Pac. If he loses, it will so devasting he will be on suicide watch. None of all those fake happiness he buys with his money will able to prop up his fragile ego.

Khan didn't become a deserving candidate until he beat Alexander. Pacquiao for sure. Alexander was never a candidate. I don't recall Williams being that fast. Bradley is with Top Rank and no one is asking for that fight. Prime Mosley had a toothache. Sergio only becomes a duck if Mayweather fights Cotto @ 160. Lara hasn't deserved it.

He needs big names that sell too. That only leaves Pacquiao and Khan at this time.
