Because based on how Pac acts during face-offs, he never really cares about face-offs. It is not his nature to stare down anybody. He'd rather smile and let his fist talk in the ring.

 

How much would Floyd have to pay them to do this, were talking a testing agency used for the Olympics, Paralympics and other major sporting events.

Couldn't Pacquaio just pay them off also if they are willing to over look positive results for money.

I was looking forward to Floyd playing the villain in this fight and finally ****ing Pac off. Seems all his opponents are too nice to him. Except Margarito, Margarito was mean mugging him.

 

I know Floyd fans that can fathom Mayweather being on roids but I don't know any Manny fans that can fathom the mere idea of Manny being on roids. It's borderline cultish, Manny stepped away from the fight in 2009/2010 and sued in court instead of clearing his name by taking the test, stepping in the ring, and whooping Floyd. I've never seen a boxer go to court instead of fight. He never proved to us that he was completely clean in his prime because he avoided the one test that would have cleared the entire issue up. So I refuse to believe that Floyd is on the juice but Manny never juiced.

Back then we didn't know about the rampant use of PED's in boxing. Ever since then, Floyd has opened out eyes, particularly with all the TMT fighters getting caught with PEDs. Manny should thank Floyd for awaring him of the situation.

 

usada results go direct to the promoter unlike vada so they can hide that. floyd had 3 questionable tests not yet cleared to the fans until now. reason why the test is not fullproof. if usada will go public with a pac positive result then it will raise a red flag and there will be lots of investigation considering the money involved. so i don't think there will be any positive result coming out. what's more intriguing is the result of floyd-arriza-memo conspiracy theory on fight night.
